I made a transaction on the 27th of April and made a refund from paypal because my item hasn't been received in so long. It's June now although they said they'd solve the refund by May 15th. I tried to click Report a Problem on the Resolution Centre and it always says "We're sorry, something went wrong." I even tried calling customer service and they said they don't have much staff due to COVID-19. Kind of stuck on what to do honestly.
