Hello,
I have an unauthorized charge from a www.Paddle.com. PayPal did not reverse this charge, with rationale:
'After reviewing your case, we found that this transaction was not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection.'
I don't understand the logic being that they agreed it was unauthorized, yet could not be reimbursed to me. So a fraudulent company can put a charge through that's unauthorized yet they still get paid and take my money?
pls help
ty
Christopher

Ugh. My opinion is that PayPal doesn't seem to care about buyers. You're better off taking a hit, closing your account, and going with another credit card or service than to try to advocate for yourself with PayPal's online chat system. 😞 Good luck.
