Dispute Resolution Times?

How many days or weeks is PayPal now taking to resolve customer disputes?

I have a case that's been open since November, where the customer initiated a dispute which we resolved.

She then cancelled the dispute with her credit card company and was billed on her card statement in December.

As of Jan 28, 2021, PayPal says the case is still open because they are waiting on the customer's card company.

How long can I expect to wait before PayPal resolves the case and releases the funds to us?
