Hi there. I sold an item to a buyer who claimed the physical address PayPal had was wrong. He did, in fact, provide me with another address in our communications outside PayPal. However, once he paid, this other address showed up and I asked him if he was the same person and he confirmed. I shipped the same day via USPS. Yesterday, he got an alert, which he forwarded to me, that USPS said no such address existed. He filed a dispute here and I isssued a partial refund. Today, USPS says it was delivered to the PayPal address. Curious what recourse I have. Thanks.
