Dispute Resolution Declined without details

I received the following message on my dispute.    How do I get proof this was authorized when I did not authorize?  How do I find out more details of this vendor and purchase???   Seems very sketch to me!!!

Contact customer service and ask them to do an in-depth review of the case again:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

Also check your automatic payments to see if the merchant is listed there:

 

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
