I made a dispute because buyer sent me different product knowingly , the buyer has agreed to refund my money if I send back the item and they confirm they received. Problem is I don't trust the seller to confirm they received the item and don't want to be scammed out of my money and the item ? Any options?

Escalate to a claim and leave it to paypal to make a judgement call and then if you win and they tell you to return it do so trackable and give paypal the tracking number.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
