How do I speak to person? I enter my Transaction ID or Invoice ID and they say I have no dispute case, but I have a case # from PayPal that PayPal says there is no dispute. My dispute has been going on for 6 weeks. I have tried calling them, but it keeps asking for pin #s which I do not have.
