Dispute Escalation Error

I have tried for 2 days now to escalate a dispute but your website will not allow me to do so and claims "Something went wrong, please try again" I have until tomorrow to escalate the dispute or it will close and I will lose a lot of money. Your help line is closed because of Covid-19 so where do I go to escalate this dispute??? Please Help!!!
