My dispute was denied yet the other person whom I don't even know admittedly apologized and agreed to pay me back but because of the dispute funds were on hold now im not sure what's going on and how I can get my money bkb
While the funds are on hold on the seller's end while the dispute is active, once the dispute is sided in their favor the funds are released to them immediately. If they have agreed to return the funds to you, I would recommend they send them back as a refund.
