I created a dispute towards a company for a wig that was advertised as human hair. The wig came in #613 which is a very, VERY light blonde. I dyed this wig Auburn with semi permanent hair dye and then noticed that most of this hairs strands were plastic. If I did not dye this wig you would've never been able to tell that these plastic strands were in there. The company even ADMITTED that the strands were plastic and that they were not suppose to be there. Is that anything that I can do to change the denied dispute?
