Hi Friends,
Couple of weeks ago i was doing online shopping and bought a product on unknown website.., I paid $69 for it and then instantly regretted as i got to know that was scam...& I claimed the transaction as unauthorized .. Paypal Refused the claim and closed it... Now i am trying to reach paypal and the seller and no one is replying... The seller seems to be from China and its 100% scam... How can connect with paypal to claim that i havent received anything from the seller not even single email.. I am **bleep** what should i do?
