Hi i sent money to a friend to get me a hotel room because i lost my wallet, she then told me its on hold so I tried hitting the refund then PayPal told her to send her own money back to me that she don't have now i gave a case open my question is will they keep my money or give it back? Should I cancel the clame,, then what will that do will ghe money go back to my friend? Im afraid PayPal will keep my money if I don't cancel it but at the same time im giving them the benefit of the doubt. Please if any one could shed some light on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
