Bought item Oct and guy refunded me as sent wrong goods and said I could keep item as too expensive postage back. 5 months later got a dispute saying someone is claiming off me as goods not received. I replied didn’t know anything about it as I only buy never sell. They awarded guy claim and charged me admin costs too. I appealed as still didn’t know what it was about. Then when I looked into it - it appears this guy although it says refund must have put the money to me as though he bought something off me and now claimed I’ve never sent him anything. I sent them all e mail evidence which shows him saying refunded and keep item etc but don’t think Paypal have even looked at it. As they have declined my appeal. What can I do please?
