Dispute Claim Denied - Incomplete Purchase

I recent bought a product from a notoriously known tech brand that wasn't the full order due to their poorly functioning website.

I was due a added bundle item which wouldn't fulfill and as the item was on offer i was pressured to buy it before losing out.

i called them to explain the issue and they refused to goodwill me the bundle item despite it being their error, instead forcing me to buy the whole bundle over again, which is completely ridiculous.

I get my item and call them back to return the second item i was forced to buy. they reply and tell me i cannot keep the added bundle item and that all must be returned.

Despite me explaining their their rubbish website is the issue that started this, they've not budged or tried to be supportive.

I raise a dispute with Paypal explaining that this order is not fully fulfilled and they have gone in the sellers favour.

Am i in the wrong?
