I ordered a product on July 17, 2020. Shipper charged my bank account and provided erroneous shipping information 3 times. I filed a dispute with PayPal of order not received. After a very lengthy time for investigation, PayPal denied my dispute October 19, 2020 stating the merchant provided shipment tracking confirming the shipment was delivered. The shipment has not been delivered to me and all tracking provided to me by the merchant is invalid. The merchant further refuses to communicate with me. I want my order or a refund. How do I get this issue resolved? Thank you.
