Hi Purchased a Drone from China which was delivered from a warehouse in Madrid. The Drone was not the model I ordered. Emailed the company which i seemed to be getting know where with so opened a claim. Sent the Drone back to China!!! At I large cost, PayPal have defined my claim because I didn't put the tracking number when I sent the Drone back. I rang PayPal as soon as I could to update e them with the tracking number. I'm now £100 out of pocket and have no Drone, what can I do?? Psul

Appeal.


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.


If that doesn't work then hopefully you funded your paypal payment via a credit card? If so then see if they will chargeback for you.
