Dispute Case Closed

I bought a pair of shoes off of Grailed and the seller sent me fake shoes so I requested a refund. PayPal made me return said shoes in order to receive my money back. Which I did, the package was delivered but the seller said it wasn't so they could keep the money and the shoes. Now I am out $130 and a pair of shoes and PayPal closed my case. Is there any way I can get my money back now?

If you paid by credit card, file a chargeback for credit not received. Have the tracking/proof of delivery info to provide to your card issuer.
