This is the first time I've had to file a dispute, but a seller refuses to reimburse me for an item that was returned and is confirmed returned by a tracking number. The cost was almost $500 so it is imperative that I receive my refund. I've opened a dispute - is there a way to upload or send supporting documents? I have a photo of my return label, as well as an email from the seller agreeing to refund. Thank you for your help!
