I’m currently in a dispute with a seller and have provided photos of the item, a link to the original advert, uploaded an email chain to show the seller promised it would be as described and signed a document PayPal have asked me to sign saying it’s definitely not as described. This morning I got an email simply asking me to upload a document proving the item is not as described. What is PayPal looking for because I’m at a loose end?
