Admittedly, I signed up for a trial subscription with Disney+; then during the first couple of weeks, I decided I was no longer interested, canceling the subscription before any payment was expected. Now, I find that my PayPal account was billed, removing funds from my bank account. I've attempted to research this information through Disney to dispute the transaction and request a refund, but I was unable to login as I do not have an account using my email address. Upon filing a despute with PayPal, I have been denied the refund based on an agreement made with Disney. I find this very aggravating. Why is this legal, and is there a way to ensure I receive a full refund for the amount paid?

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
