Can someone give me some suggestions as to another way to get an issue resolved with PayPal? Back in March I ordered 10 rolls of Cottenelle toilet tissue & 10 rolls of Bounty paper towels for $38.99. At the end of June I received 10 tiny rolls of generic toilet tissue & no paper towels. I have filed several disputes & claims with PayPal only for them to close them in favor of the seller simply because I didn't provide a tracking # to ship the tiny rolls of tissue back which costs $45.00! Has anyone had success using a different strategy with PayPal? Or do I just chalk this up as a loss & say "**bleep** PayPal!"?
