I have just had £44 taken from my account for this company, I have removed the card it was paid from as another payment is due on 14th I have asked PayPal not to pay any further money to them, I can’t believe this has happened to others, I have seriously lost my trust in PayPal

I'm sorry to hear of the unauthorized transaction. We do offer protection against unauthorized transactions. Have you filed a claim against the transaction?

Check if you had a subscription set up...


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
