Difficulty adding additional information re my case

whenever i try to add additional information for my case it won't allow me to email it!

I need to get this done quickly!

my parcel has to go back to New Zealand, but the cost is going to be more than 1/2 of what I paid for my items

(4 bras).   The company offered me a special price to reshipping the items, but didnt tell me how to get this

discounted price, as they HAVE NOT returned any emails, texts or messages left on their website...
