I can't respond because your system got problems.
So many times l select the partial refund request but the system say something is wrong and please do again.
I'm also 4 days continuously send email to your PayPal central but no one reply me.
You system give trouble to me.
I no idea to contact with one can help me

Im from malaysia. System in resolution center showed error when paypal customer support asking my respon regarding my case if i accept partial refund or want to continue case. When i respon the system show error unable to process my respon in the resolution center.
