Different return address

I bought an item that I am trying to send back. I have been informed that I should send this to an address in the USA. The package was sent to me from England. Can anyone advise please, as this will cost me more than the original item to send to USA

You should always check returns policies on websites before you buy as some of them try and hide the fact that whilst their supply depots are in your country their return items go to somewhere else internationally.  

Knowing the cost to return is sometimes not worthwhile it deters buyers from returning items.

Has the seller told you to return the item OR have you opened a dispute and paypal told you to return and provided the address?

If paypal then phone them and see if they can amend to a UK addy?
