PP-D-81773859 was closed by PayPal, but I have still yet to receive my order 10+ weeks after ordering it on July 1. Their phone number is out of order and they send generic emails about "2-4 week delivery" time each time I try to contact them. Yet here it is more than 10 weeks later and I STILL don't have my purchases. I want a full refund and NO ONE IS HELPING.
