I purchase an item from a seller that goes through PayPal to get their payment period received an email stating that my item had been shipped and would be here in 10 to 20 days never did receive it period tried to go to the resolution center and when given information given them information it comes back within seconds that they have nothing on file. Also tried to contact the seller and it comes up that the email doesn't exist please if somebody can help me resolve this problem it would be greatly appreciated I never even used PayPal before I purchased this hot tub so I signed up an account to be able to resolve this problem with no success unfortunately
