I paid for 2 tickets on Sunday night for an event on the Sunday night - girl took my money and told me that she had emailed me the tickets, checked my emails for over an hour and also tried to contact her but she’s totally ignored me and still won’t reply to any messages.
I have opened a dispute but can I escalate to a claim right now? PayPal have says to leave it until 15th but the event has been and gone so if she did send them they’re no good to me.
