This is the email I sent the seller
May you give me an update on 92748927005099010013447937
The origional email stated delivery was on 5/1/20 which was before we actually placed the order..
We placed the order on 5/20 throught paypal ... For the Disney Castle Set ...
Please give us an correct update on the shipping...
Thanks.. Scott
Since PayPal did not review the information I sent, They found in favor of the Seller...
If you placed an order, and paid for it on the same day (5/20/20) using paypal..
Just because the so called seller sent you a tracking number stating the item was delivered on (5-1-20) ??
How in the **bleep** can they time travel and send the item 19 days before the order was even placed? I'm getting **bleep** and PayPal is taking their side and will not let me speak to anyone about this...

APPEAL
To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment or that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.
You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank God.. My credit card company " Citi Bank " through Costco ... I explained the issue and how paypal didn't read though the information sent, has been resolved.. I gave them the same information and an actual peron on the line fixed it.. No thanks to PayPal after 20 years of being a client..
