Did not get my package

i bought a package from ebay through paypal but item never arrived, its on my credit card statement but not on my paypal statement even though i paid this through ebay any help appreciated

I used PayPal at checkout as a guest, I never received my package, although the sender told paypal it was delivered, it was not. I contacted the post office and they told me that the package was delivered to an address that was not mine and that it was not addressed to me either package weighed 10 ounces per the post office. I ordered a riding lawnmower tell me that that weighs 10 ounces no way. PayPal never investigated anything, I will never use PayPal again for anything, I will never say anything but negative stuff about them I will never recommend PayPal to anyone either never
