Desperately need to speak directly

For some unknown reason PP has limited my account. I have funds I need to access. The resolve identification documents upload is insufficient for me. I live on a bus. No rates, no utility bills, no other form of document available to me. My bank statements have my son's address on them just in case I absolutely have to get a paper statement. I have emailed them but they are too stupid to have read my email, and instead directed me back to the resolve page. I have been a PayPal account holder and user for years. It forms a major part of purchasing securely as I travel the roads and States of Australia. To close off my account without explanation and a means of direct conversation borders on the illegal. For a financial company this is not right. How do I proceed?

Sadly you either provide what documentation that they require or you may be forced to stop using paypal.

Security has had to be tightened with everything, banks, cards and paypal.

 

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

  • Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
  • Employment authorization card
  • Permanent resident card

Advice is voluntary.
