Desperate, please help

I ordered and received a product that is now "prohibited!" It can't be returned because im assuming it's a knock off. I just want a refund of 79 dollars. No one will help. NO ONE. NOT EVEN PAYPAL AT THIS POINT. Any advice will be welcome.
