I had a guy put a deposit on my motorcycle till he could come and look at it. He told me he wanted it as long as it was in the shape i said. Before he came and look at he said he didnt want it and wanted a refund, before i could even answer him he filled a claim with paypal. This guy was a pain,to deal with. Do i have to give him his money back.
