Hey guys I sold some genuine loving tan mousse brand new on Depop they have used it and said it’s fake but it’s not I purchased it from the official site can they still open a case up?

Yes but whether they win or not is another matter, make sure you respond to the dispute before they escalate to a claim and state the buyer has USED some of the item sent.
