Depop Scam

Hi, I didn’t use my account while buying through Depop, but I still put my credit card in. My item arrived, but it isn’t as described. Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry to hear a recent item you received isn't what you purchased. You can reach out to our Customer Support teams to assist you in filing a dispute. You can reach them by clicking Contact and then Message Us at the bottom of the PayPal page. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
