I purchased a 0 turn lawn mower from a ad on Facebook for $98 from China. I never received a tracking number until aftere 2 weeks later it stated my lawn mower was shipped April 3 2021 to April 7 2021 4 days of shipping I also couldn’t get any information from UPS because the name on the tracking number was different I disputed the case with PayPal I was denied twice what can I do or contact about this matter and get my money back
