Denied reimbursement for unauthorized fraudulent purchases

PayPal proclaimed there was no unauthorized purchases on my account after a so-called investigation and denied me reimbursement of$99.63.I never even received a phone call from PayPal,just a denial noticed via email making me look like a liar and a thief.Ive been a loyal customer for years and now I have to fight a battle with these people just to get my money back.
