Denied dispute

I created a dispute for an item I never received. Provided information to easily corroborate my claim. “Merchant” responded with bogus tracking info to PayPal (I NEVER received any from merchant), and my claim was denied. It takes a 10 second google search to confirm this seller is fraudulent (once you know to look). Website has PayPal displayed prominently on the page.
