I filed a dispute bc I ordered some clothes and received everything except one item which I was charged for and never refunded. PayPal misunderstood and thought I was requesting the full amount which I wasn't and so they denied my claim. How do I get them to refund me the money for the item I never received? BTW, the company I bought from is very shady and unethical, said they would refund me the money but they never did which is why I filed the claim.
