Hello I ordered from lovely wholesale 4 months ago and I don’t know if my order got lost or delivered somewhere else but I have emailed the company directly and they keep telling me to wait but it’s been 4 months I even opened a claim with you all and it was denied bile cause it says my package was delivered but I’ve never received anything from lovely wholesale I need my money back or I am going to be forced to turn this into a legal matter I need help how can I get this resolved
