Alright maybe someone can help me out I purchased 2 450 piece tool boxes. I have the email receipt I have the communication from the company or should I say scammers because the sent me 2 little wrenches. I filed a dispute paypal came back and said they offered me $40 I denied it I said I want all of it because I did not get what I payed for. This is the only reason I use PayPal is so if I do get scammed I'm covered but I guess not. They are saying I didn't send enough info. 1. I sent reciept 2. I sent picture of what I did get 3. I gave them dates What more can they want ? What has happened to paypal ?
