I initiated a request for resolution. A defective item was returned to a vendor. The fedex documentation was supplied to paypal proving shipping and receipt. Paypal provided the refund then took it back and is now coming after me, WTF?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
