I spoke with agent Kedo regarding additional information I wanted to add regarding an unauthorized charge I was disputing. I was told a ''specialist'' would message me and tell me how to do it. Before receiving this message, my case was closed in favor of the merchant who charged me $49.99 without my permission. PayPal apparently keeps copies of all of these customer service chats. Why can't they look at the chat, see that I am telling the truth, and give me the chance to do as I was promised? I live on a small pension and $49.99 is a large amount to be taken from me! Thank you for any help!
