I did not send the money. I got a text message prior asking for a code. I didn't see the message as I was eating food with my grandparents. Someone may have gotten a hold of my phone, but I, Austin <removed>, did not send the money or authorize the transaction. I keep trying to undo the decline and get it looked at again but my 330$ seems to be lost. I don't know what to do, they keep just sending me the denial letter. Please help!
