Paypal has essentially accused me of attempted fraud. I demand to be prosecuted. Paypal thinks I'm a criminal trying to defraud them of their money so I demand they make an example of me. Furthermore, there is NO WAY Paypal is unaware of the real criminals who have figured out how to generate tracking numbers that show the item was delivered. So while Paypal is accusing me of being the criminal who is really ripping off who here?
