Denial of claim

I am confused and disappointed in PayPal. Perhaps I am wrong. You tell me if I am. I ordered two HD Graphics Drawing Digital Tablet Monitors. The receipt PayPal sent me confirmed this...twice. That is NOT what I received. I received two useless cases for monitors I don't have. The seller claimed that is what I ordered. I did not. Cases were not even offered. Regardless, because the seller said it was MY fault, and I should be more careful next time, they could do nothing. All I wanted was to return them for a refund. But no. PayPal obviously agreed and denied my claim. Am I wrong here?
