so in february 9th, i canceled an order for a graphics card because the only time it would've been available was in march 2022, ever since i tried contacting dell themselves, and then they tell me to contact my bank, so i contacted my bank and they said they couldn't find the money either, so i contacted dell again and now they're saying to contact paypal, and can never get a hold of anyone, and when i did they just hang up on me, im very frustrated right now, and i don't know what to do anymore to get my money back, im starting to worry i'll never see that money again for something i can't even use
