Delivery Concerns

Has anyone else had concerns buying from London Meichi Ltd.? I received tracking information in Chinese, was told my purchase was delivered but it wasn't. I found several sites listing this company as a scammer. Has anyone else had difficulty with this company?

I just joined the forum, should have dine more homework. Seems forum relates that PayPal protects them.
