Deleted/hacked account?

I got an email that a new email had been linked to my account. It wasn’t my email. And now I cannot log into my account. And it says my email doesn’t have an account attached. So they have access now to all my bank info and credit cards and address. Had to make this one just to post. Can someone please help.
