Defective product

I ordered two pairs of pants online.  They took a long time coming and I had no indication that they were on their way.  On pair were ok but the other had one leg over an inch smaller than the other.  I wrote to the company for a replacement pair and they said as it would cost over $20US to return so they offered a 10% discount to reorder.  I don't think I should have to pay more to replace a product that was a manufacturers defect.  Can I get a refund on the payment I made?

If you win a dispute then paypal will tell you to return everything you received back to the seller (trackable to prove delivery) for a full refund.

If you can't resolve things ie a part refund with the seller in the dispute phase then once escalated to a claim the option above is the only one offered.

You can apply for some of the return shipping if you have activated the below link.
